Psychotherapy is the part of the session that you the client can discuss their dreams, hopes and desires. I use the Brief Solution Focused Therapy method. This will capture your goals for your future and subconsciously your mind will put things in place to help you work towards achieving them. A combination of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy will reinforce these positive changes. Psychotherapy helps you become a more positive person.
Psychotherapy can make it easier for you to find your own life solutions. This means I am not able to provide guidance or counselling, as only you know whats best for you and your life. We will look at your future positively and not dwell on your past. We will look at how you want to go forward with your life and how being positive, confident and calm will help this process.

It may also suppress your immune system and increase your blood pressure, over time raising the risk of potential heart disease and ulcers. Some research even suggests that optimists live longer than pessimists.
