I’ve spent over a decade helping people rediscover their strength and sense of peace. My approach blends psychotherapy, neuroscience and hypnotherapy in a compassionate, down-to-earth way. Clients often tell me they feel lighter, calmer and more hopeful after just a few sessions.
I am personable, friendly, mum of 2 children a cat and dog, married. I’m dyslexic, menopausal and a breast cancer survivor. I’m not your usual therapist who sits and nods writing notes and constantly saying ‘ and how does that make you feel’. I work with real conversations, with real life situations with interaction, communication and hopefully some laughs along the way!
I am fully trained in H.P.D (Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma) and insured (Simply Insurance). I am registered with NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapists).
